Bill Tracy functioned mainly as a designer and sales representative for ADA. He illustrated the concepts and his staff built the figures and fronts.

In the late 1960s, New Jersey's Palisades Park re-themed its Pretzel Tunnel Of Love dark ride to Casper's Ghostland. Although it bears the stamp of "This Is, Inc.", this illustration was done by Tracy and the project was completed by Amusement Display.
